Leased - 5413 Racine Ave

A portion of 5413 Racine Avenue in Charlotte has been leased. The premises includes a 10,100 SF warehouse. The property is located just off of N Graham Street, close to W Sugar Creek Road. In this transaction, Lester E. Osborn, CCIM, SIOR & A. Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International represented the Landlord.

SOLD: 231 Foster Avenue

Last year, Frank McCleneghan of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International assisted the owner of 231 Foster Avenue in leasing the industrial space. Frank started 2018 off by selling the 5,820 SF building, located in SouthEnd. The property is zoned I-2 and has unique features such as sky lights, exposed jumbo brick, and a barrel roof.

Samartino assists tenant in leasing industrial property

Christian Samartino of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International recently represented the new tenant of 6600 Reames Road, a 3,456 SF industrial property in North Charlotte. The tenant, World Fiber Technologies, provides engineering design, construction and maintenance services for fiber optic and wireless communications, ITS, traffic signalization, and broadband telecommunications solutions.
