Lester began his career in the transportation industry, working in operations and logistics for McLean Trucking and Southeastern Freight Lines. Frank began his real estate career in 1984 and has been a part of the Piedmont team since 1999. James h. Plyler

Jim is a Charlotte native and has been an active commercial real estate broker in the region for over 40 years. He has represented an impressive roster of clients, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, First Citizens Bank, Domino’s Pizza, Dunkin’ Donuts, Advance Auto Parts, H&R Block, and General Electric, among others. After working for a large national bank and a major motor carrier, Jim began his real estate career in 1985 and later joined Piedmont Properties in 2003. Jim’s expertise covers the full spectrum of industrial, flex, retail, and land transactions, and his extensive network and deep market knowledge make him an invaluable part of the Piedmont team.

He began his real estate career as a Development Analyst with Morningstar Properties, where he helped double the company’s development platform. Becca Jolley

Becca joined the Piedmont Properties team in September 2019. In her role as Marketing Director, Becca oversees all aspects of marketing for the company, utilizing digital, email, social media, and direct marketing channels. In addition to overseeing marketing strategy, Becca provides direct support to the brokerage team by developing custom marketing materials, managing listing services, and assisting with proposal and contract preparation. She has previously worked in marketing roles for a commercial real estate firm in Greenville, SC, and a student housing complex in Clemson, SC.

Becca graduated from Clemson University with a double degree in Marketing (BS) and Financial Management (BS) with an emphasis in Real Estate.
